I had the experience of meeting a great realtor Amy Walder before the pandemic and then my mom decided not to sell her home, but I always remembered her and knew, if my mom would sell, I was going to get in contract with her, but she got in contract with me first. Lol, Amy was great she work fast, but not only my mother is 85 years old and wont to go back to New York, When Amy did that open house in a week we had a least 9 offers, but of course there was some hiccups in the road with some panels on the house, I was calling trying to get the panels on the house terminated, but Amy did the most work, and she let me know everything every step of the way, what was going on, Amy looked out for the buyer and the seller, so if you want a honest, compassionate relator, Amy will never steer you wrong. I love that she was compassionate to my mom situation for my mom, and we seem to have made a great pick. I will always remember that she worked with me, when I wanted to throw in the towel.
